Shift: 1st shift only

Call Center Experience: Preferred 6 months experience or more

On-site work in Salem office

SUMMARY

  • This position isInbound Customer Serviceproviding Customer Service via telephone & some Light Technical Support Assistance (training provided) for cutting edge Electronic Lockboxes and Access Keys tothe Real Estate & Rental Management Industry.
  • Customer Service Rep isexpected to multi-task tools and screens to perform Light Technical Support Assistance (will train) via telephone in an efficient and effective manner, while maintaining courtesyand professionalism.
  • Call Center Rep will determine call resolution and document calls appropriately.
  • Apply established customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues with end users providing a positive customer service experience.
  • Follow call-handling procedures to assure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.
  • Meet call handling, volume and productivity performance metrics.
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
  • ThisCustomer Service position is located On-site in Salem, Oregon in an office call center environment.


REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma orGED
  • 6months of Call Center Customer Service experience preferred
  • Must have strong Customer Service/Communication soft-skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must be able to communicateinformation easily over the telephone and email
  • Preferred -experience with ORACLE or SAP / ARIBA Software is Aplus but not required ( will train on use)
  • Able to Interview ASAP & Start Working in 1 -2 weeks


OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Pass a drug test
  • Pass a background check
