The Impact You'll Make

The Senior Manager of CSBG Sales and Business Development for the Intel account will focus on leading CSBG Customer Service Business Group) service, upgrade, and spares business growth strategies. This senior manager will also be responsible for building and optimizing the systems necessary to sustain the CSBG business.

What You'll Do

An ideal candidate will manage a team responsible for:

  • Meeting forecast accuracy against AOP goals/targets (QXR's) (Revenue and Target Pricing)
  • Managing upgrade, Reliant, and service configurations
  • Providing product related responses in SIRFIS
  • Managing CSBG commercial strategies, and quantifying them in Symphony and CRM systems
  • Building systems to easily monitor spares, upgrade, and service business run-rate.
  • CSBG RFQ (accuracy, pricing, T&Cs)
  • Driving CSBG product specific Intel SRC (CXL3) and KI&E (CXL2) Performance
  • Building CSBG strategies to address opportunities in market sizing and timing (SAR)
  • Providing an interface with the Customer to ensure customer satisfaction of existing CSBG/CP products
  • Developing customer relationships that lead to long term customer satisfaction and CSBG/CP business growth
  • Maintaining and growing a healthy equipment spares business strategy
  • Driving commercial strategies that maintain business while supporting customer cost reduction
  • Driving the commercial portion of Intel account productivity (OUTPUT) initiatives
  • Building a sales strategy for Equipment Intelligence related products
  • Building and developing a strong account support team to meet CSBG sales initiatives
  • Matrix managing the regional, account and CSBG teams to meet account goals
Who We're Looking For
  • 10 years of semiconductor industry experience in product sales
  • Five years of management or leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic sales forecasting
  • Demonstrated use of Lam project management and forecasting tools
  • Strong communication and writing skills, experience writing commercial frameworks/agreements preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers including those in upper level management
  • Business acumen to identify and prioritize results that balance Lam and customer business improvement needs
