How You Will Make an Impact:

The Recuiter is responsible for:

  • Recruiting for vacant positions,
  • Conducting new employee orientations
  • Assisting in maintaining personnel records and files
  • Assisting in conducting employee benefits and retirement program enrollment
  • Responding to insurance, unemployment compensation correspondence, and employment verifications
  • Assist in organizing all employee activities and in-services.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, human resources, or related area or combination of suitable education/experience.

Experience: 1-2 years of prior HR experience or high-level administrative support required. Healthcare experience highly preferred but not required.

The right candidate will place high value on working with a dynamic, approachable, and collaborative team orientation and has the ability to support staff at all levels with tact, grace, and confidence. Must have ability to maintain 100% confidentiality at all times.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications required.
